I started my personal journey for my health. After a doctor visit informed me that I had a fatty liver and was pre-diabetic and insulin resistant. At 268lbs, I had to make a lifestyle change.
I started cooking food I enjoy eating but found healthier ways to prepare them. I became a member of my local gym and started researching and studying the best ways to achieve my goals. Now I want to help others in their healh and fitness journeys.
